Perfect For:

Downsizing an Estate

It is a clear, easy outlet to either reduce clutter or liquidate an entire estate.

Clearing "Dead Stock"

A great tool for antique/vintage vendors or dealers to free up space in their home or business.

Move Items Quickly

Avoid the back-and-forth of private selling, listing, tagging, and waiting.

Make Sure Items Aren't Wasted

Instead of donating or discarding an item, give them a chance to find a new home and potentially make a few dollars in the process.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will my items sell for their “full value”?

Not always. Auctions are unpredictable and results vary. Some items draw competition and attract multiple bids, while others may sell at the starting bid. We recommend this service for items you’re ready to part with. Any cash return should be considered a bonus.

Can I set a reserve?

Yes, reserves are allowed starting at $25.

What are the fees to list an item?

M37 charges a $5 listing fee per lot plus a commission. For example, if an item sells for $100, you’ll likely net about $70 after fees.

When will I get paid?

After the auction closes, the item has sold and buyers have paid, any fees will be deducted from the proceeds and M37 Auctions will mail a check to the address you have on file.

What items aren’t accepted?

Unfortunately, there are some items that we are unable to accept. They include but are not limited to the following items:

- Firearms (Needing a License)

- Baby Furniture/Child Car Seats

- Food Products/Perishable Items

- Used Beauty/Personal Health Products

- Used Clothing (except for some specialty vintage or collectible clothing and footwear)

- Used Mattresses

- Televisions that are not high definition or antique/collectible

- Oversized, Worn or Damaged Furniture

We may reject items that you bring to our location if we determine they are not suitable for any reason. Due to space and demand, we need to be selective on what and how many items we can take at any given time. If you are uncertain about an item you are planning on bring in, please contact us first.

What if my item doesn’t sell?

We’ll discuss your options when you first bring your items in. You can either pick up the items that didn't sell, you can leave them to be donated or in some cases you can re-list the item.
