Effective date: October 23, 2026

Saugatuck Antique Pavilion is operated by Pavilion Enterprises LLC ("we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect through saugatuckantiquepavilion.com and our related pages, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us

When you sign up for our newsletter, contact us through the chat or a form, apply to become a vendor, apply for a job, or ask us about selling your antiques, we collect what you enter. That is usually your name, email address and phone number, and may include your mailing address, a description or photos of items, and anything else you choose to send.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our site and the services we use record your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, how long you stay, the site that referred you, and similar usage information. Some of this is collected with cookies and similar technologies.

Tools we use

Google Analytics (Google LLC), to measure visits and how the site is used. Opt out: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation), which records how visitors move, click and scroll on our pages so we can improve the site. We, Microsoft and Microsoft's partners may use cookies to collect this information, which is handled under the Microsoft Privacy Statement: privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement. Clarity masks what you type into form fields.
Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.), to measure and improve our Facebook and Instagram advertising. You can control ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings, or at optout.aboutads.info.
Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.), for website security, spam protection on our forms (Turnstile) and performance measurement.
HighLevel, which hosts our website, forms, chat and email and text messaging, and stores the contact information you send us.
LightWidget, which displays our Instagram feed on the site.

Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Mobile numbers and text-messaging opt-in information are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also ask us to remove you at any time.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers listed above and others who help us run the business, who may use it only to provide their services to us, or when the law requires it.

Cookies and your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may not work as well without them. Our site does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.

How long we keep it

We keep contact information while you remain on our lists or while we need it for the purpose you gave it, and delete or de-identify it when it is no longer needed.
